A little clarity goes a long way.

Plain language. A little more clarity.

01 / The starting point

What this notice covers

This notice covers the Third Time Creations LLC company website at 3rdtimecreations.com beta tester applications, and inquiries sent through our contact form or directly to our studio email addresses.

Crab Beach is a separate game in development. Describing it on this website does not make this notice a game privacy policy. This notice does not describe information handling by Crab Beach or other future games.

02 / When you visit

Visiting the website

For spam prevention, the contact form processes your IP address and keeps a keyed version of it with hashed form-session identifiers, request counts, and timing information in private server storage. This security database does not contain raw IP addresses, names, email addresses, or message bodies.

This company website shares studio information and accepts beta tester applications. It does not provide public visitor accounts, purchases, or newsletter registration. A separate private owner login is used to review beta applications.

When you visit, your browser connects to the servers hosting the site and sends technical information needed to request its content, such as your IP address and the page or file requested. We use Hostinger for website hosting.

Hostinger’s hosting documentation describes automatic server access logs and traffic statistics that can include IP addresses, request times, requested pages or files, and browser or device information. Technical logs and monitoring may be used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the hosting service. We have not verified this website’s exact logging settings or retention periods.

Hostinger provides our hosting and studio email services. Its privacy information and data processing terms explain its published approach to handling information. Those documents do not establish which optional features are enabled for this website.

03 / Saying hello

Email and form inquiries

You can email contact@3rdtimecreations.com for general inquiries, support@3rdtimecreations.com for support, or privacy@3rdtimecreations.com for privacy questions. These addresses use Hostinger Email and route to our support mailbox.

If you email us, we receive your email address, any sender name shown with it, and the information you include in your message. We use that information to read and respond to your inquiry.

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected subject, and message. We use this information to handle your inquiry and send it through Hostinger Email to contact@3rdtimecreations.com, which routes to our support mailbox. Your email address is used as the reply address.

The form does not save your name, email address, or message body in the website security database. Delivered messages are held in our studio mailbox. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your text on the open page so you can review it before trying again; it does not resend automatically.

Company email is used for company inquiries, customer support, and privacy requests. The company owner is currently the only person authorized by Third Time Creations LLC to access the company mailbox.

Please leave out passwords, payment details, and other sensitive information we do not need to understand your question.

04 / Helping us test

Beta tester applications

The Crab Beach beta application is for adults aged 18 or older. We collect a chosen display name, the Google account email address you use with Google Play, confirmation that you are 18 or older, your consent, and application/review timestamps. We do not ask for your date of birth, Google password, payment details, or a public profile.

We use this information to review your application, confirm the supplied email manually, manage a group of up to 50 selected testers and a waitlist, send testing instructions manually, and contact you about this beta. Applying does not guarantee a place or automatically enroll you in Google Play. This is not a newsletter or marketing subscription.

Applications and owner review records are kept in private server storage, separate from contact-form security records. The company owner reviews applications. Your display name and email are not published as a tester list. Hostinger provides the website hosting; information entered in our private owner panel is used to administer the test.

If you are selected, the owner uses your Google account email to add you to the Google Play tester list. Google receives that email for its testing and distribution services and handles its services under its own privacy information. Display names are not needed for that Google Play email list. No invitation or confirmation email is sent automatically when you submit this form.

To prevent spam and repeated applications, the service uses short-lived form tokens, keyed IP-based request counters, timing checks, and an email duplicate check. The public form keeps its token and your unsent entries only in the open page; it does not put them in browser storage or set a signup cookie. Server-side form sessions and security records are private. Duplicate submissions do not create another place or reveal an existing application's status.

Applications that have never been selected are scheduled for removal at 89 days after submission. An hourly private maintenance job is required so these records are removed within 90 days, unless retention must be extended to meet documented legal or security requirements. Removal does not depend on another visitor opening the website.

Selected-tester records are retained until 60 days after the beta officially ends. This period starts at the official beta end date recorded by the owner, not the date you apply or are selected. While the beta is active, selected records do not age out based on their application or selection dates. A record that has ever been selected follows this period even after withdrawal or removal. Review notes, the beta end date, and any documented hold must be handled consistently with that period.

Access-controlled application backups and owner downloads follow the same retention deadlines measured from the original application or official beta end date, not the date a copy is created: no more than 90 days for never-selected applications and 60 days after the beta officially ends for ever-selected records, unless documented legal or security requirements apply. The automatic database purge does not delete downloads or provider backups; the owner must track and review those copies separately. A request to delete our application record does not by itself remove an address from a Google Play tester list, a mailbox, or a provider backup; the owner must review those copies and the Google Play list separately. Where a Google tester-list place is still reserved, a minimal record and that place remain until the owner confirms removal. An unresolved reservation at the retention deadline stops new collection and requires owner reconciliation; it does not silently remove someone from Google Play. No immediate deletion from every provider log or backup is promised.

You can withdraw from consideration or ask about, correct, or request deletion of your application at privacy@3rdtimecreations.com. Use the email address you applied with so the owner can verify the request. We review requests and any applicable recordkeeping obligations individually.

05 / Behind the scenes

Cookies & tracking

Our public website code does not add analytics scripts, advertising tags, or tracking pixels. Public pages and application/contact forms do not set cookies or save visitor information in browser storage. The private beta owner panel uses an essential secure session cookie for owner login; this cookie is not a visitor analytics or advertising cookie. Fonts, artwork, and scripts are served with the website.

This describes our website code. Hostinger’s technical logging and traffic reporting are separate from that code. We have not verified every optional hosting feature or whether it may introduce cookies or other monitoring, so we do not claim that the hosting service is free of all cookies or tracking.

06 / Keeping information

Messages, logs & backups

Form sessions expire after 20 minutes. Per-address request counters expire after 15 minutes, and the overall sending-limit counter expires after one hour. Expired security records are removed during later requests, so they may remain longer when the website is quiet.

We retain correspondence as reasonably necessary for business, support, and legal purposes. Email inquiries and messages delivered from the contact form are held in our studio mailbox.

Hosting logs and provider backups are handled through the hosting and email services. Their retention and deletion arrangements depend on the applicable service terms and settings; we have not verified a fixed period for those records. No immediate removal from every log or backup is promised.

You can ask about information you have sent through the form or emailed to us, or request its deletion, at privacy@3rdtimecreations.com.

07 / A little interaction

Interactive artwork

The animated characters use your pointer position inside your browser to move their eyes. Their animation code does not save or send those positions. The motion toggle keeps your choice only for the current page; it does not save that choice for a later visit.

08 / Your questions

Privacy questions

For a privacy question or a request about information you have sent through the form or emailed to us, contact privacy@3rdtimecreations.com. Privacy and deletion requests are reviewed individually.

To help us locate correspondence, include the email address you used and an approximate date. We may need additional information to verify that a request relates to you before providing or changing records. What can be provided, corrected, or deleted depends on the information held and any applicable requirements.

09 / Keeping you informed
